If you have an appointment at the embassy, what matters is not the view — it is being able to walk there, on time, without a taxi, a metro change or a morning spent watching the traffic on Vasilissis Sofias. From this door it is 500 metres.
Appointments tend to be early, which makes the evening before the part worth planning. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox, so a late flight or a long drive does not also mean meeting someone at a set hour — you let yourself in whenever you arrive.
There is a bakery directly below the building, and a supermarket and a coffee shop two minutes away. Guests have asked to leave a suitcase behind after check-out and this is possible by using the storage cabinet.
