What we collect

• Your name, email address and (if you give it) phone number, so we can confirm the booking and reach you.
• Your dates, guest count and any notes you send us.

What we never see

Card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, who process it as a separate data controller. Your card number never touches this site.

Analytics and cookies

We run Google Ads, so every page loads Google’s advertising tag and Google sees that request, including your IP address. No advertising cookies are set and nothing is used for advertising unless you accept the banner: the page loads with consent denied, and declining leaves it that way. Your answer is kept in your browser so we do not ask again. Booking sets one short-lived cookie of its own, which remembers the reservation you are part-way through so that a declined card cannot lock you out of your own dates; it expires within the hour and does nothing else. We set no analytics cookies and use no other trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to erase it, at info@mvpenthouse.com.
