Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when payment completes and you receive a confirmation email. Prices shown include every charge we make — there is no platform or booking fee added later.
Your stay
You agree to thehouse rules and to treat the apartment and its neighbours with care. We may end a stay without refund for serious breaches — parties, unregistered guests, or damage done deliberately.
Cancellation
See the cancellation policy.
Liability
We are responsible for the apartment being as described and safe to occupy. We are not responsible for belongings left behind, or for events outside our control such as utility failures or civil disruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law.
